This policy explains what personal data Kumbh Tirth ("we") collects on officialnashikkumbh.com and how it is used, in line with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

- Email address, to sign you in and send order updates.
- Name, mobile number and delivery address, to deliver your order.
- Order and payment status. Card, UPI and bank details are handled only by the payment partner and never reach us.
- Lost & found reports and enquiries you send us, to act on them.
- Questions you ask our assistant, to answer them and improve answers.
- Basic usage statistics (pages visited, device type) through analytics cookies.
How we use it
Only to run the website, process and deliver orders, give support, prevent fraud and meet legal duties. We do not send marketing emails unless you subscribe.
Who we share it with
Only what is needed: the payment partner (Cashfree Payments or Razorpay) to take the payment, the courier partners (through Shiprocket) to deliver, and government authorities when the law requires it. We never sell your data.
Security
The website uses HTTPS encryption. Access to order data is limited to our staff who need it.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept as required by tax law (currently 8 years). Other data is deleted when no longer needed. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your cart and language, and count visits.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by writing to us.
