Cancellation
- You can cancel an order before it is shipped by writing to us with the order number. We refund the full amount.
- Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled.
Returns and replacements
- Kumbh Jal is sacred water used in worship, so for religious and hygiene reasons opened or used bottles cannot be returned.
- If a bottle arrives damaged, leaking, with a broken seal or the wrong item, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo or video of the parcel. We will send a free replacement or refund it in full, including delivery.
- If your parcel does not arrive within the delivery time, contact us and we will trace it or refund you.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are started within 2 working days and go back to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking or wallet).
- Your bank usually credits the money within 5 to 7 working days after that.
- If a payment failed but money was deducted, it is refunded automatically by your bank or the payment partner, usually within 5 to 7 working days.
